Speaking of windshield wipers, I had new ones put on when my car was in the shop. OMG!!! I can actually see out of my windshield again. Also at $25.00 each they better work good!!! Gotta love those dealer only parts.

Kenny went to see the doctor, yesterday. Apparently she said nothing. My thinking is that if you sit in a doctors office and they say nothing to you, then you should at least get your copay back! Just sayin! So I know nothing about Kennys headaches.lol

My car is still at the dealership, I have a Mustang rental............I LOVE Mustangs. All I can say is.........(Doug lingo) It gives me a chubby!!

American Idol last night had the freak of all freaks!! The crazy girl with the rainbow bright makeup. OMG!!! The radio this morning was saying that she is a meth addict.Hmmm really! She has some major issues! The judges were not even that mean to her, and she just went nuts. I found a picture of her.......

I am taking my car to the dealership this morning to get a list of things fixed, I figured I better get it done since I only have 10,000 miles left of my warranty. I have a feeling I will be fighting with them on some of the things. I am also getting new windshield wipers for it. Stupid dealer only wipers! They are $20.00 a piece! That is just stupid. If I didn't live with all the gravel dust that I do live with, then I wouldn't mind spending the money, but the dust just ruins the wiper blades. Oh well! Hopefully I can get rid of that car this summer.



I have to make a Dr. appointment for Kenny, I think he is getting migranes. So we will get him in and see what they can do for him. Poor guy had one last night. I gave him, his aspirin & he went and laid down on the couch. About an hour and a half later he was almost in tears. So he went to bed. We he woke up a couple hours later he was his normal self.

Speaking of Kenny........That kid loves monster trucks! He always watches them on, I think the speed channel. Anyway, the other night he was watching them and it was the show that we were at last year at the dome. He kept trying to get me to come in & watch, and I told him I had already seen the show. That it was the one we went to last year. He says no it isn't this one is at the Edward Jones Dome. Then I inform him that the Edward Jones Dome is in St.Louis, and that is where we go for the show! He cracks me up.


Sunday was shopping day I guess........Kayla went to Mid Rivers with a friend, and Kenny & I went to Best Buy. We have new Karaoke stuff!! We got microphones, and some adapter thingy to plug in more than just the 2 microphones. We also bought some new cds. I also ordered some new ones off of ebay. So we are adding 124 new songs to the library! I am pretty excited. There is another cd set I have been watching, and thinking about buying. It will add 195 songs.



I got lucky with having the Superbowl party. My Mondays are going to be out of town for a month. So I get that Monday after off. I could of taken off, but lucked out. As soon as I know which teams are going to Superbowl, I will let everone know what the food theme will be.


When I sent out the emails about Bill's bday, getting ideas on what people wanted to do. Most came back with the reponse of "I don't care, either is fine, but bowling does sound fun". I decided bowling it will be. Anyway everyone knows that Bill will enjoy bowling waaaaayyyyyy more than he would the comedy club. So bowling it is.

I saw a car in St.Peters yesterday with crap all over it. It is called DaySpaDivas. I went and checked it out! That would be so fun!!


TV Shows:

American Idol is starting tonight, I am looking forward to House, Heroes, Bionic Woman, Survivor, & Army Wives to start up again!! I have started watching a new show on Lifetime. How To Look Good Naked. I really like this show, it has really made me think about myself differently! If you have not seen it, you should just watch it at least once. It is not all about fat women, the woman on there the other night was a size 10.

First post of the year

I am finally starting to get the hang of Guitar Hero, I have always been a video gamer but for some reason I could not get the finger control part just right for this game. On New Years Eve at the church overnighter, I finally got it!



I was a chaparone for the church all nighter, I had alot of fun. Kayla won first place in the easy part of the guitar hero contest they had. I took the wii, the kids had fun with that. We played basketball, sang karaoke, and played broom ball, which was a whole lot of fun. The other team was only able to score two goals off of me. The ref we had was a cheater though! He was also a sub for the other team. So during the last 2 minutes of our game, we were beating the other team pretty bad, he decided that to end the game there would be a shoot out. Every one on the other team got 1 try to shoot a goal against me! I was scared, but I came through and no one scored off of me!!



I have 99% of the Christmas stuff put away!! I also have gotten 95% of my laundry caught up.



The kids had a great Christmas, they only thing they didn't get that they wanted were Nintendo DS's. But I told them I will not buy them since they have lost all of their gameboys and my gameboy! I will not buy them a $130 DS for them to lose.

I have been cleaning carpets! Our bedroom carpet looks so good, I can not believe that the water stains came out. I have the living room & Kenny's room left. As I am typing this, I looked down at our carpet. I am just amazed at how white it is!!! I can say this when carpet shampoo fails, always resort to OxyClean!!
